Haksel Büro, located in Hadımköy, Istanbul factory region, is a company that produces metal office furniture in its five-storey factory and increases brand awareness day by day.
With the design of architect Dicle Hökenek in 2019, the office floor was completely renewed and gained a modern look.
We aimed to carry out a simple application as much as possible in the project where we took part in lighting design and luminaire production processes. In general lighting where linear profile, cylinder pipe, rail spot, hidden profil led lighting products are highly preferred; the high ceiling distance allowed us to hang the luminaires.
The entrance showroom area was highlighted by ceiling linear fixtures. Hollow circular stalactites were preferred in the welcome area. Reception desk, resting area and welcome area were taken as reference in the circular products layout.
Executive work tables were illuminated with linear profile stalactites. In general lighting, rail spots positioned on the rails hanging from the metal ceiling were used. This application was repeated in all rooms except lounge one. In the lounge room, linear stalactites hidden between wooden laths, surface-mounted spots on the metal ceiling and decorative luminaires on the table were used.
The elevated floor that separates the showroom area from the corridor was highlighted by profile led lighting. Also, corridors were illuminated by the luminaires placed at three meters intervals suspended from ceiling, allowing us to achieve the desired spot effect.
Showroom products on the other hand, were specified with linear products placed asymmetrically on the ceiling.
